When it comes to commercial equipment, you need a professional engineer for repairs! But why do you need EES service engineers? To save yourself money, time, and a headache. Our team of highly experienced engineers will be able to trouble-shoot what is causing the breakdown and identify the exact part you need to get your kit back in service.

A service contract or service agreement is an agreement with EES where our engineers will attend your site on a calendar scheduled bases to check and service the equipment covered by this agreement, this is also known as preventative maintenance schedule, For some clients where equipment downtime can affect the business operation such an agreement is necessary to keep equipment breakdown to a minimum

Yes you can, Exclusive Engineering Service center will accept your call out even if you do not hold a service agreement although service contract holders receives our priority is responding to call outs we will still response to none contract holders .

This will depend on the type of service needed and if within working hours or not, Our hourly rates fall anywhere between £30.00 per hour and £90.00 per hour also a call out charge may apply. Because small repairs can take less than an hour to complete, you may be charged a flat fee for small repair services, Also any call out fees charged for diagnostic visits may be credited to you final repair invoice..

We are London based service company but we work closely with nationwide partner companies who we will recommend if you are out of our coverage area, so if you are looking for one of our partners companies nearby, we recommend contacting our service centre or using the contact form on our website.

Our engineer will carry diagnostic tests to determine the cause of the breakdown, if any parts require replacement then quotation will be issued with the cost of parts and labour needed to complete the repair, We do not carry repairs without the client pre approval.
